Terms of Use
Effective 6 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Pixels Limited ("Pixels", "we") for the Logoxels app and the website logoxels.pixelslimited.ng. By installing or using Logoxels you accept them.
1. Licence
Logoxels is free. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on your devices, for personal and commercial work.
2. Your designs
You own what you create. We claim no rights in your designs and never receive them. The shapes and icons built into Logoxels may be used in your designs, including commercial logos.
3. Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for having the right to use any image you trace and any font you use in text.
- Check that your logo does not copy or infringe someone else's trademark or work. Logoxels does not check this for you.
- Keep your own copies. Use File > Save project or export to back up work you care about.
4. What you may not do
- Sell Logoxels, or redistribute it or a modified copy as an official Pixels release.
- Remove ownership notices, or use the Logoxels or Pixels names and logo to suggest your product comes from us.
- Use Logoxels for anything unlawful.
5. Ownership of the app
The Logoxels software, name and logo belong to Pixels Limited. These terms give you no ownership of them.
6. Updates
We may release updates and change or remove features at any time. Updates are optional. You choose when to check for and install them.
7. No warranty
Logoxels is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that it will be error-free, that files will open identically in every other program, or that your work will never be lost.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Pixels is not liable for lost work, lost profit or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Logoxels. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Ending
You may stop using Logoxels at any time by uninstalling it. We may withdraw the app or website at any time. Sections 2, 5, 7, 8 and 10 continue after that.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use means you accept it. Contact Pixels Limited via pixelslimited.ng.
